The Alternative Christmas Playlist

So, we may have lied when we said our favourite films of 2014 was up next. I guess you'll just have to wait until the next episode of PopScorn to find out what they are...

Anyway, on with this article. There's only so many times you can hear Slade, Paul McCartney or Shakin' Stevens in December before you feel like commandeering the near fire axe and taking your rage out on the locals. But what if you don't want to be arrested for another axe murder rampage? What if you're allergic to the varnish used on the axe handle? And what if you just want to listen to something different this Christmas?

We've got you covered. Join us after the jump for Foul Entertainment's Alternative Christmas Playlist!

The Worst Films of 2014

Let’s talk films in 2014.

In many ways, 2014 has felt like a trailer for the far more exciting year of movies that is 2015, which has really stopped 2014 from having many brilliant or terrible movies. Tradition states, however, that rankings must be made. Seeing as that most movies this year were either passable enough not to be terrible, or uninteresting enough not to be brilliant, I've really had to dig about for movies I had a strong opinion of.

Luckily, there are five films for both sides of the coin. After the jump, we rank...

Six Inches Of Truth: The dissertation of shagging.

Back when I was at Uni, I had to write a dissertation. I say at Uni, I used to tell birds I was at Uni, so I had to write one to trick them into believing me.

"You do Computers and Science?"

Six Inches Of Truth: Jary McKyle, a Jeremy Kyle special.

So after my last effort, I have had a lot of responses from people around the world wide interwebs, but they will have to wait until next time. Today, I am going to undertake what most would say is a thankless task. I am going to attempt to solve some of Jeremy Kyle's toughest questions.

Let's Not Play: Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale

Big Steve From England again. Today, I'm not going to be playing Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale. Purely because it has gone on PS+ over here in the UK today and some people may be looking to see if it's worth actually downloading or not.

Oh, and also because I haven't played it.

Mike's Ice Bucket Challenge

Mike here. Despite the critical view I have of these kinds of challenges, I thought I'd at least try and open up discussion and education about ALS. Skip to about five minutes in if you just want to see me uncomfortably cold and wet. Enjoy.

And remember; donate or discuss, or don't do at all.

Cold As Ice: The Corruption of Viral Charity Drives

The viral sensation 'Ice Bucket challenge' has raised almost $100 million for the ALS foundation, who work to support families affected by ALS, or Motor Neuron Disease, and find a cure. And that's good. It has raised awareness of the disease, which is also good. And every day, more and more people are using the opportunity to share stories of their experiences and get money into the hand of people who can help with this disease and others, which is excellent.

But then, there are always ways in which this kind of viral charity marketing can go sour. In the case of the Ice Bucket Challenge, some of this has gotten right up my piss pipes.

This is why we can't have nice things.

Six Inches Of Truth: Jary's Relationship Advice.

So, the Foul Entertainment lads have asked me to impart my knowledge about the fairer sex (birds) onto the blogosphere.

I was gonna write about my experiences, but then I thought it would be better if I took questions and used my vast, VAST experience to help people.

Let's Not Play: Bound By Flame

Hi again, Big Steve From England here, and it's time for me to not play another game.

If you're not familiar with what I'm doing, I'll tell you. It's simple, I'm reviewing video games.
The only difference is that I will review anything. Good or bad, old or new, real or fake, it doesn't matter. The only thing that does matter is that I can't have played the game before writing my review. Got that? Good, let's crack on shall we.

In this issue, I will be reviewing Spiders' Bound By Flame.

GISHWHES 2014

So GISHWHES 2014, the year of the Elopus. I'd like to say this year was less weird than the previous years, but there's now people out there with Pope Francis tattoos and a ton of leftover kale stuck to chairs. So pretty standard for GISHWHES. My experience sadly doesn't involve a Pope tattoo or kale, surprisingly. It does involve pressure washing a trifle, talking to John Barrowman and a lot of Stonehenge though.

Foul Fiction Episode Four: Whores and Custard

The long awaited fourth episode of Foul Fiction is here! We're sorry this took so long.

This one's an all Harry Potter special and contains the next chapter of Luna's Trip of Lust and probably one of the worst written, vomit inducing fictions we've ever read.

Enjoy right here, on the podcast page, or on our SoundCloud page.

GISHWHES

Beginning this weekend and lasting a week I am doing a little thing a few of you may have heard of called GISHWHES. GISHWHES stands for Greatest International Scavenger Hunt World Has Ever Seen and it is a week of madness. My plan is to blog my experiences about this week and give you an insight into the fun, and stress that is GISHWHES. But first I think you need an introduction to prepare you for its insanity.

The Queen? Fuck Her!

The Commonwealth games have really stirred up some ire in me recently. I try not to watch it, because quite honestly, it is wank. But what has really got me going is the frenzied almost masturbatory excitement that has been generated by people getting selfies with The Queen. Now, I know what you are all thinking; What has she ever done to you? How can you hate the Queen?

Well don't worry, I will tell you.

Cunt Vs J: Episode 2 - The School Run

The thing about these challenges is making them difficult yet still possible. For example in the previous challenge it was extremely difficult to integrate with a different social group, and become accepted as well. In the aftermath of what J has taken to calling 'bumgate' a mutual friend of ours, Jary, suggested we try breaking into a school.

J Vs Cunt: Episode 2 - The School Run

Despite being more attractive, more charming and an all-round better person than my friend Cunt, he somehow managed to claim victory and humiliate me the last time we were together. In addition to humiliating me, he also beat me in a competition to attract the most homosexual males in a pub full of man-flange. It was not easy letting him beat me at this challenge, but I swallowed my pride and then washed it down with semen so that he could declare himself victorious.

SDCC: Marvel Vs DC, Head Vs Heart

It's that time of year again! The time of year when nerds around the world flock to a major US city, or around their computer screens, to watch as their favourite entertainment companies lay out their plans to bleed more money from our wallets with their new and exciting versions of our favourite fictional characters.

No, not E3, that was last month. It's the San Diego Comic Con!

There's a lot of stuff getting revealed across the course of the event weekend, but the main event will be the two comic book film giants facing each other down: Marvel Studios vs DC Entertainment.

The game is second guessing what they're going to show off, against what I would rather see in it's place.

Foul Entertainment: A Re-Introduction

Welcome to the Foul Entertainment website! If you're here by accident, glad you could join us, but feel free to pop off any time you need to.

You're Welcome. We're Sorry.

Let's Not Play: EA Sports 2014 FIFA World Cup - Brazil

Hi there, I'm Big Steve From England, no relation.

In this series of blogs I am going to review video games. Doesn't matter if they are old or new, good or bad, expensive or cheap. The only criterion I have is that I have not played the game before reviewing it.

As you may have gathered from the title, in this installment I will be reviewing this year's FIFA football game. Let's go shall we.

J vs Cunt: Episode One - The Numbers Game

This summary is not available. Please click here to view the post.

Cunt Vs J: Episode One - The Numbers Game

Recently I realised I am incredibly competitive, it was while I was being treated for peripheral artery disease after I won at holding my arm up in the arm for the longest. I was telling J about this and we decided to trial a new feature where we would undertake a challenge every chance we got and then document it.

Cunt Speaks: A Day In The Life

I was going to talk about what I did today, but I spent all of it fully clothed in the bath. People always think that is strange, but my washing machine is broken. The only ball ache is changing outfits so many times.

An Introduction.

Good evening, as this is the first entry in this blog, I thought I had better give a slight introduction before getting into the meat and drink of actually writing.

We are a small group of people, intent on providing pure entertainment of the best quality we can, at the lowest possible cost to the consumer, preferably free.

The majority of our work is currently comedy, but it might not always be that way, we just do whatever we feel like doing, some works, some doesn't, but you can be the judge of that.

Most blog entries will either be some sort of entertainment medium, or an update on existing projects.

They call me The Cunt, because I am. I am the kind of person who buys Pharrell
Williams latest album purely to play Happy on repeat. The kind of person who would give a clown a blow job, just to say his dick tasted funny. The kind of person who tails off mid
